Your safety and comfort are our top priority at Cherokee Smiles Dental.
Pre-visit health check
We screen patients for current health status and potential symptoms before they arrive.
We ask patients to call the office to let us know they have arrived and wait in their car until we're ready to see them.
Your safety comes first
From temperature checks to social distancing, we prioritize your health every step of the way.
We take the temperature of all incoming patients and visitors.
We ask patients to wear masks at all times unless receiving dental attention.
We ask patients to maintain six feet of separation while in the office.
A safer dental care experience for you and your family
We’re happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you and your family safe
We have a dedicated sterilization area for all dental equipment.
We wear masks, face shields, gowns, and gloves to protect our patients and team.
High-touch areas are sanitized between each use, including chairs, doorknobs, counters, pens, and tools.
Common objects like magazines and toys are removed from the waiting area to reduce the spread of germs.
We offer same-day treatment whenever possible to reduce trips to the office.
Real-time safety updates
We are closely monitoring the CDC, ADA, and OSHA. As they update their guidelines, we will update our safety practices in real-time.
Not sure if you need to be seen? We’re offering free virtual visits with our Head of Clinical Development, Dr. Marc Schlenoff. He’ll talk to you about your concern and provide a recommendation on how to proceed.
